VERONIKA VAN DUIN was born in Scotland and is married with three grown-up children. She trained as a nursery nurse, and for many years lived with her family in community with people with special needs. Here she discovered the work of Rudolf Steiner, which provided the foundation for her spiritual striving.

She currently works and lives in a Camphill Community in Northern Ireland. Veronika van Duin runs seminars and workshops for homemakers, and is the author of Homemaking as a Social Art (2000) and A Child in Community (2002).
